These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Spin Galaxy in Canada. By using the platform, registering an account, or interacting with any related services, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any additional policies referenced by the platform.

Users must not upload malicious code, attempt to bypass security controls, create multiple unauthorized accounts, or use the platform in a way that may harm other users, operational systems, or service integrity.

Gambling-Related Risk and No Guarantee

Where the platform provides gambling-related services, users acknowledge that outcomes are uncertain and that no win, return, or result is guaranteed. Gambling involves the risk of losing money, and past outcomes do not predict future results. Users are solely responsible for their own decisions, play behaviour, and budget management. Service Availability and Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Spin Galaxy and its operators, affiliates, staff, contractors, and service partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business-related losses arising from platform use, interrupted access, third-party failures, user error, unauthorized account access, or reliance on information made available through the service.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where liability may be limited, it will be interpreted in a reasonable manner consistent with applicable law in Canada.

Suspension and Termination

Spin Galaxy may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform where a user breaches these terms, fails verification checks, creates security concerns, engages in prohibited conduct, or where restriction is considered necessary for legal, operational, or responsible use reasons.

Users may also choose to stop using the platform or request account closure, subject to any outstanding verification, account review, unresolved disputes, or applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Canada, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply under relevant law. Any dispute arising from or relating to use of the platform will be handled in accordance with the competent courts or dispute processes applicable within Canada, unless another mandatory legal rule requires otherwise.
